Irona Age or Roman copper alloy mount or amulet, 22mm long, 13mm wide and 3.5mm thick. The object is in a fair condition with a green patina and weighs 4.46grams. The object appears whole and is sub rectangular in form, with a rounded upper surface and an almost flat lower surface which has pointed terminals. It is decorated with a raised border which follws the form of the object and is intersected with a series of short incised lines.
