Two modern copper alloy military buttons, 25mm in diameter and 6mm thick with a weight of 4.50g each. The buttons are circular in form and semi-circular in cross section and are in good condition. The buttons are hollow and formed of two parts with a central loop attached to the centre of the flat underside. The buttons are decorated with a relief hanging rounded bugle enclosed in a solid raised border with the inscription FIRST LEICESTERSHIRE RIFLE VOLUNTEERS around the edge. Modern copper alloy button, 6mm thick and 22mm in diameter with a weight of 4.18grams. The button is circular in form and semi shperical in cross section. It is formed of two plates with the upper one containing pressed decoration - the letters CD with a crown above, for the Civil Defence Corps. The underside is stamped with H L [] M, and has the remains of a loop in its centre.

Early 20th Century copper alloy die-cast cap badge, 31mm in length, 30mm wide and 1mm thick with a weight of 3.31grams. The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section. It is die-cast and consists of an open laurel wreath surrounding the letters LVR, with a fox running left across the top. LVR= Leicestershire Volunteer Regiment. The object probably dates to 1914 - 1945.

Copper alloy object, length: 17 mm, width: 7 mm, thickness: 7 mm, weight: 2.72 g. The object has the upper part of a curving circular-sectioned shaft, upon which sits a head that is a cube with its corners cut away. Although this object resembles a Roman pin of Cool type H, it is also well paralleled from clothes or coat hooks of post-medieval, perhaps 19th- or 20th-century, date. Complete examples can be seen at LVPL-4CF45C and NLM-B5DF46. A complete lead alloy finger ring dating to the Modern period AD 2000 - 2018. The ring has a rectangular cross sectioned loop which has a rectangular projection at one side which resembles a hinge? it has a flat bezel which is 'heart' shaped and this is decorated with a design formed of four joined circles with a raised trapezoidal shape curring through them.. Modern (Victorian) token two pence. Issued by the Greyhound, Loughborough. The reverse reads Hubbards Cricket ground and shows two cricket bats, bales and ball. The token advertsies Loughborough atheletic/cycling and cricket ground, which was situated behind the Greyhound. Its Leicestershire's oldest, opened in 1862. The ground later became the home of Loughborough Town FC. Their greatest achievement was beating Arsenal 8-0 in 1896.

Modern (19th century) copper alloy and glass intaglio ring bezel, 17mm long and 14mm wide. The object is in a fair condition with a powdery green patina and weighs 1.62 grams.
