Late Medieval to early Post Medieval lead alloy button, 24mm in diameter, 9mm thick with a weight of 13.09grams. The button is circular in form and slight D shaped cross section. It had a flat underside with a clear casting seam containing an integral circular fixing loop (now damaged). Its surface has a raised border of small domed circles and inside this is a flower like motif formed of a central knop and six radiating 'petals' in between these are six domed circle in pellet motifs.

Early Medieval gilded copper alloy mount, 26mm in length, 16mm wide and 1mm thick with a weight of 3.22g. The object is incomplete and is rectangular and flat. It is decorated with a plain raised border, c.1mm wide, and inside this is a narrow depression and a further raised border, c.0.5mm wide. The main field is filled with double-strand plaited interlace forming an entwined beast. The bowl is now in many fragments but would have been round and has a central 'umbo' a slightly raised domed area in the centre of its base. Post medieval silver seal matrix 11mm long, 10mm wide and 5mm thick. The object is in fair condition, missing its suspension loop and weighs 1.27grams. The matrix is circular in form and sub triangular in section with a fluted hexagonal shaft, now incomplete. The seal is formed of a beaded border containing a hand, with a possible ruffed sleeve, holding a three flowered stem. The shape and the design suggest it is probably 17th century in date.
