Late Roman copper alloy buckle, 27mm in length, 21mm wide and 4mm thick with a weight of 7.37g. The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section. It consists of a D shaped buckle frame which is decorated with two outwards facing horses heads. These are C shaped with curved necks, sub triangular heads and small rounded projections for ears. Below the ears are dot in circle stamped eyes. Early Roman copper alloy skirted terret, 66mm in length, 41mm wide, 28mm thick (at skirt) with a weight of 38.90grams. The terret has a circular cross sectioned, circular loop and emerging from the hoop is the flaring skirt, which has a now damaged, curved upper edge and is slightly folded along its centre at an angle of 45 degrees to give an inverted V-shaped profile. Medieval copper alloy strap end, Length: 35 mm, width: 10 mm, thickness: 2 mm, weight: 2.1 grams. The object is a two part strap end and has a rectnagular from and cross section. It has tapering long edges which narrow to a rounded collar sitting above an acorn like sub spherical terminal. There is a single centrally placed rivet hole at the top and a rivet at the bottom of the plate and one surface is missing. There is no obvious decoration on the plate which is present. The object matches e.g. 607, p.131 in Egan and Prichard, Dress Accessories, which they have dated to 1350-1450.

Late Medieval copper alloy vessel spout in the form of a dog, 60mm long and 41mm high and c. 13.5mm thick. The object is circular in cross section and is hollow. At one end it forms an angular dogs head. This has an open mouth from which the circular spout protrudes. The dog's head is formed of moulded decoration, and has rounded ears, a squared brow and eyes. At the opposite end the spout curves through ninety degrees downwards and expands into a long open neck where it would have attached to the vessel. Roman copper alloy disc brooch, 30mm long 22mm wide and 7mm thick. The brooch is in fair condition and weighs 9.18grams. The brooch consists of a central domed boss which is surrounded by concentric linear decoration. Next to the boss is a raised border with transverse indentations which is covered in what looks like pure copper. There is a plain flat area which is enclosed by a fine raised line and beyond this is a series of large stamped circles with very small ones set between them, near the outer edge of the object. Lower Paleolithic quartzite pebble chopper-core, 78mm long, 46mm wide and 39mm thick. The stone weighs 171grams and has been worked from three angles to remove at least 9 flakes to form a triangular point which appears to have some wear. We refer to these as chopper-cores as we can't be certain whether the whole object is being used or the flakes are being used as cutting tools. Medieval or post medieval copper alloy belt mount, 43mm long, 8mm wide and 9mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 7.54grams. The mount is in the form of a hook with a rectangular shaped extension. This has two circular rivet holes protruding from its reverse. The hook is aligned so the the open side is aligned with the rivets, presumably to make anything suspended from the hook more secure if attached to a belt worn at the waist.

The object consists of a slightly oval buckle loop with a pointed central pin rest which is integrally attached to a spacer frame. This consists of a solid plate from which emerge two rectangular sectioned tapering prongs (one now missing). The object has a circular hole near the edge of the buckle through which is threaded a semi-circular sectioned pin.
