Early medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, Diameter: 21 mm, width 10mm, weight: 30.99 grams.
The whorl is circular in form and rectangular in cross section with a central circular hole, 8mm in diameter. The object is plain except for a slight rounded indentation running across one face. The form fits Walton Rogers class B, which she dates to 900-1100AD.

Early Medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, 22mm in diameter and 8mm thick. The obejct is in fair condition with a grey patina and weighs 17.16grams. The whorl is circular with a sub triangular section and appears to be plain.
