Medieval lead alloy plaque, 38mm in length, 20mm wide and 2mm thick with a weight of 6.82grams. The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section. It has a partially intact rounded upper surface and an intact side (on right as shown) and an incomplete but probably flat lower edge. One face is divided into four sections by incised horizontal lines. These are inscribed with a central A on the top line. - A on the second, - R (orD) IA on the third and A - on the fourth. undated Copper alloy plate, 46mm long, 37mm wide and 0.25mm thick. The object is in good condition with a greenish/blue patina and weighs 3.99grams. The object is damaged around its upper edges but the lower edge and the lower sides have definite edges, which suggests the object was made to be inlaid into something. It depicts a monk or priest who is holding up a book and is holding his hand raised above it, with two fore fingers outstretched as though giving a blessing.
