It has a pale brown colour and both barbs and tang appear to be intact, though it appears to be missing its tip. The surface has shallow invasive re-touch over its entire surface.

It has been finely worked along its blade and on one face of one side with shallow, stepped re touch. The other side less so and appears to have been damaged along this edge due to a weakness in the flint?

The cutting edge is unmodified whereas the opposing lateral edge has recieved some semi-abrupt retouch. The right lateral edge does retain most of its cortex. The dorsal face otherwise shows the evidence for orthogonal working. The flint is semi-translucent caramel brown with areas of opaque light brown patination.

Late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age flint scraper, 52mm long, 34mm wide and 12mm thick with a weight of 22.97grams. The object has an oval form and a D shaped cross section. It retains a large patch of cortex on the base of its worked side, c. a third of its area. This surface has one large central removal and then has been finely worked along its upper edge, forming a rough scraper edge.

The group comprises two blade like flakes, A large re-corticated flake 61 x 19 x 6 6.25grams and a smaller partially re-corticated example 38 x 13 x 5 2.58grams and a possible awl of dark brown flint with large area of cortex present, 35 x 20 x 12 3.06 grams this has areas of re -touching around the pointed tip and along the lower right edge.
