The object consists of two slightly flattened spheres which are joind by a short circular sectioned shaft. The spheres are slightly mis-aligned so the gap is larger on one side, this may be a deliberate functional attribute. The object is reminiscent of a pulley, but it is most probably a weight of some sort.
