Medieval? copper alloy object, 23mm long, 13mm wide and 1mm thick. the object is in fair condition with a dark brown patina and weighs 1.34grams. The object is sub triangular in form and has a ridge along its longest straight edge where something has snapped off. Its surface is decorated with a line of six incised ring and dot motifs running its length with a further one on each side near the wide edge. It has a narrower straight edge at its other end which also appears to be detacthed from something. It could be a buckle plate or a book fitting?

A Late Iron Age to Roman copper-alloy linch pin head. It is 20mm long and 15mm in diameter. The object is in fair condition with a green patina and weighs 15.55g. The object is cylindrical and has a straight outer section at each end C.5mm wide, which contains a semi-circular recessed centre, C.7mm wide and 10mm in diameter. At each end there is a protrusion, one is rectangular and is 5mm wide and protrudes 2mm, it has possible tooling marks around its base? at the other end is a shallow raised circle with a hollow centre.

The object begins with a rectangular protrusion which has snapped off at an angle. below this is a sub-spherical section which sits above a protruding collar. The object then becomes trapezoidal in form while remaining cricular in section. This has a circular sectioned shaft base in the centre of its base. It appears to be pear shaped and the fragment consists of a circular edge with enamel cells in its surface. There is a centrally placed circle and dot which has traces of white enamel fill. Flanking this are two curving cells, almost crescent shaped, which are filled with red enamel. Roman copper alloy plate brooch, 41mm long, 8mm wide and 2mm thick. The brooch is in fair condition witha brownish patina and weighs. The brooch is in the form of a dagger or sword and consists of a semi-circular pommel with a short handle and projecting guard. The blade terminates in a point and one side has a sub triangular bulge. The blade and the pommel have raised edges and may have held enamel. The reverse has two semi-circular lugs sitting at the top of the blade and the remains of a catchplate can be seen just at its tip. The brooch has bent slightly in two places.

It starts with an incomplete loop behind which is a raised rectangle and then several incised lines crossing its width. The decoration then consists of a single incised line running down the middle of the bracelet until it reaches more incised lines crossing the object. These form cells some of which have incised dots and form the far end of the existing fragment.

Roman copper alloy trumpet brooch, 37mm long, 14mm wide and 9mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 6.11grams. It consists of a sub circular head plate with sub circular spring attachment and a pronounced ridge at the top of the attached bow. The bow has a crescent shaped protrusion flanked by rounded horizontal linear depressions. It has an intact stepped foot and most of its catchplate. The surface of which has traces of thick silvering.

Post medieval copper alloy trade weight, 28mm in diameter and 4mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 12.44 grams. It is circular with tapering sides and a small lip. Its surface is decorated with the ewer and sword, symbols for the London guild which regulated weights. It has a royal cipher, a crowned I for James I, only the base of the crown is visible.

Early medieval copper alloy small long brooch, 62mm long, 29mm wide and 11mm thick. The object is in good condition and weighs 8.86 grams. The object consists of a sub rectangular head plate which has three semi-spherial sectioned, semi-circular knops. There is a semi-circular lug attachment on its reverese and a curved bow emerges from one edge. Below the bow the object consists of a flat 'kite' shaped plate which houses the catchplate and is decorated with a border of stamped crescents, this terminates with a semi-spherical knop which matches the others.
