Copper alloy strap end 43mm long and 11mm wide. The object has a bulging oblong shape which terminates in a beasts head. The head, which forms about a third of the whole object, is made up of two sub square ears which are tucked behind the head. Next a ridge on the head tapers into a v shape. At the narrowest point the eyes are shown as holes on each side of this. The ridge then tapers out again to form a triangular snout. Above the beasts head is a panel with a dotted border covering the remainder of the object. This panel contains a Trewhiddle style quadraped beast on its hind legs …

Early Medieval copper alloy strap end, 32mm long and 8mm wide. The object is worn and has a brown patina. It is roughly rectangular with rounded edges. The decoration is distinctive with a animal head terminal which has a small round eye at each side and two rounded ears above the head. The main body is decorated with an incised pattern in a rectangular border. The upper edge is curved around two circular holes and has a triangular shaped depression in the centre between them. The reverse is completely plain.

Early medieval copper alloy strap end, 37mm long and 9mm wide. The object is rectangular in form and cross section. Its upper half is a rectangle with worn incised decoration, possibly basic ring chain or interlace? which appears to sit within a double incised (possibly niello filled?) border.

Medieval copper alloy strap end, 20mm long and 17mm wide. The object is rectangular and has a dark grey patina. It is a three piece strap end and is held together with three small rivets, one in each upper corner and one in the lower centre. There is a further larger rivet in the centre of the upper edge, presumably to hold the strap in place. It has no decoration except for a slight curving in the centre of its lower edge.

Medieval copper alloy composite strap end, 32mm long and 14mm wide. The object has a dark brown patina and is oblong in form with a rounded end. This end has a small triangular protrusion in its centre and an intact rivet just above it. The other end is damaged but shows the traces of a rivet hole in the centre of its edge. The object is undecorated and is missing one of its outer plates which reveals the smaller, pronged inner plate and a piece of leather which is still in place.

Medieval copper alloy composite strap end, 30mm long and 15mm wide. The object is quite corroded but intact with a dark brown patina. The object has a rounded lower edge and a scalloped upper edge which has traces of leather emerging from it. There are two rivet holes centrally placed near each edge.

Late medieval copper alloy composite strapend, 38mm long, 8mm wide and 4mm thick. The object consists of a central forked spacer, which forms a rectangular frame. At the bottom the object tapers in to form an acorn shaped knop. On either side of the frame, closest to the knop, are the remains of a sheet of copper alloy. One side is plain and covers about half of the surface. The other is slightly smaller and is decorated with foliate patterns? Medieval? copper alloy strap end, 19mm long, 21mm wide and weighing 5.34 grams. The object is trapezoidal in form and is broken at the upper, narrower end which is 17mm wide. Its lower surface has three raised semi-spheres, one at each corner and one in the centre, about 5mm high. The main body is flat and is decorated with three holes arranged in a triangular formation, the two lower holes being just above and in between the raised circles. Medieval copper alloy strap end, 20mm long, 15mm wide and 2mm thick. The object weighs 2.76 grams and has a dark green patina. The object appears incomplete having damaged edges. It is rectangular in shape and at its terminal end is decorated with three spikes which protrude about 3mm. The surface has an incised border and the central area is decorated with 9 incised cup and ring marks, 3 rows of 3 in a row. There is a single rivet at the lower end to hold it in place.

Medieval copper alloy strap end, 44mm long and 12mm wide. The object weighs 3.10 grams and has an even green patina. The object is rectangular in form and comprises one sheet 1mm thick which tapers very slightly towards the end and has two wheeled(?) zig zagged lines running diagonally which cross in the centre. 14mm in from the end the object is pinched in sharply and forms an oval shape 4mm high and 8mm across.
