Early Medieval or Medieval copper alloy strap end 30mm long, 7mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 1.55grams. The object is sub-rectangular in form and section and is waisted, it narrows slightly in the centre. Its upper half consists of two plates which are welded together and each side has a central circular hole for a rivet. The lower half is solid and is an elongated oval in form, there is no sign of decoration.

Early Medieval copper alloy Trewhiddle style strap end, 53mm long, 10mm iwde and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 6.27grams. It is complete and has a rectangular section and sub rectangular form with bowed edges. There are two circular sectioned holes sitting below a curved upper edge. The surface is worn but appears to be decorated with a interlace design. The lower pointed end has the remains of distinct comma shaped ears.

Early Medieval copper alloy Trewhiddle style strap end fragment, 19mm long, 8mm wide and 1mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 0.79grams. The fragment is triangular in form and consists of the pointed tip and part of the body. It has a section of angular decoration showing above two distinct 'comma' shaped ears and a very angular and pronounced snout running into the tip.

An early-medieval coppper-alloy strap-end of Thomas Class A, Type 1. The object is decorated with a Trewhiddle-style standing beast contained within a border. This sits above an animal head terminal with lareg rounded ears. It has an upper surface of two semi-circles which sit above the rivet holes. Being identified from an illustration on an identification record from 1987.

Medieval copper alloy strap end fragment, 44mm long, 12mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 3.75grams. It is the central spacer plate of a three part strap end and consisits of a rectangular sectioned loop which has two tapering prongs emerging from one end with an acorn shaped knop on the opposite side.

Late Roman copper alloy 'amphora' strap end. The object is an elongated triangle in form and has rounded edges and a sharp point. It is pinched in at the shoulder where it has two incised lines on each side. It is triangular in form at the top and has broken where the two pieces split to hold the strap.. length: 54 mm; width: 11 mm; thickness: 1 mm; weight: 3.47 g. Found before 1990.

A possible Post Medieval copper alloy strap end or hooked clasp, 28mm long, 14mm wide and 0.5mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 1.35 grams. The object consists of a sub triangular plate which has two rounded protrusions on its upper edge, giving it an overall 'heart' shape. At this point there is one circuler sectioned rivet in the centre of one of the curves and a hole, where a second seems to have broken off, in the other. At the base of the object, also on its reverse, is a small rectangular protrusion which may be a fixing lug. Here the object appears to be broke…
