Medieval copper alloy strapend fragment, 19mm long, 15mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a green patina and weighs 2.47 grams. It is sub rectangular in form with a rounded lower end. It consists of two sheets of metal held together with one central copper alloy rivet. It appears to have broken off at its upper end as it has an irregular edge and only one rivet is present.

The object is rectangular in form and slightly triangular in section. The object is plain except for a sub circular protrusion at its lower end. It has one central copper alloy rivet at its other end, which is slightly wider.

Medieval copper alloy two piece strap end. 37mm long, 10mm wide and 6mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a brown patina and weighs 3.58grams. The object consists of a trapezoidal shaped plate, formed of two pieces of metal held together at the wider end with a single circular sectioned rivet. The narrow end has rounded shoulders and a rectangular shaped terminal which when viewed from the side has a sub oval form. This is decorated with a series of diagonal incised lines. It is Similar to Fig 86, 614 in Egan and Pritchard's Dress Accessories and may represent a stylised human head?

Medieval copper alloy strapend, 35mm long, 12mmm wide and 2mm thick. the object is in poor condition with a dark green patina and weighs 2.26grams. The object consists of two sheets of copper alloy which are sub rectangular in form. It end tapers towards a trefoil terminal, above this sits a single copper alloy rivet. Both surfaces have faint traces of incised zig zag decoration arranged in a zig zag pattern.

Medieval copper alloy strap end, 31mm long, 22mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a brown patina and weighs 3.14grams. The object is the central part of a three piece strap end and consists of a circular loop, c.5mm wide, with a rectangular section. One edge of the loop has a flattish edge which would have formed the attachment to the strap. The opposite edge has a sub rectangular protrusion, c.8mm long, which consists of a collar and a rounded terminal. The object is similar to Eg. 650 in form and the terminal is similar to eg.651 in Egan,G; Dress Accessories.

It has a acorn shaped finial, with cross hatched decoration, which is attached to the centre of the outer edge. The object is similar to fig 92, page 141, in Egan, G and Pritchard, F. Dress Accessories.

The object is rectangular in form and section and is complete, except for the very tip which has snapped off. It has a rectangular terminal which is hollow to accomodate the strap. There is one rivet centrally placed just beneath the edge, which is intact.
