Medieval lead alloy seal matrix. 39mm in length, 22mm wide and 4mm thick with a weight of 18.33grams. The seal has a pointed oval shape and rectangular in cross section. The matrix surface has a central cruciform motif inside a thin solid oval border. Around this is inscription +S' HVGO HISAEBOT. The reverse has two curved incised lines running either side of a central raised spine which runs the length of the object to a projecting circular loop which is approx 4mm high.

Medieval copper alloy seal matrix, 20mm long, 4mm thick, with a matrix 17mm in diameter and weighing 7.21g. The object has a triangular terminal, housing a circular suspension hole, sitting above a slight collar on top of a hexagonal shaft. This widens out to accomodate a circular matrix surface at its base. The matrix is engraved with a squirrel with bushy tail surrounded by a plain unbeaded line and an inscription. The matix surface has a 'maltese cross' motif in its centre and an inscription in its border, which is too worn to read. The reverse has no visible handle or attachment.

A vesica shaped medieval lead seal matrix. The seal is pointed oval in plan and has a moulded fleur-de-lis on the back. An incomplete loop extends from the base of the flower. The seal has a worn motif in the centre and a surrounding inscription.

The object consists of a fragment of a circular seal matrix and shows part of a foliate design with a partial inscription ONG. The reverse appears to be decorated with a raised pattern.

Medieval lead alloy seal matrix, 22mm in diameter and 2mm thick The object is in poor condition and weighs 5.72grams. The object is a circular matrix with a tapering ridge 'grip' on the reverse. The edges are damaged, so the inscription can't be made out and the central image is formed of two concentric circles with a damaged sub circular motif in the centre.

Silver seal-die with fluted handle with remains of maker's mark (?) on upper side, annular ring and above that pierced loop for suspension. The die engraved with amorous motif of a heart pierced by two arrows with drops of blood below, and an eye above, within pearled octagonal border, slightly dented at one edge.

Medieval lead alloy seal matrix, 35mm long, 31mm wide and 3mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a cream patina and weighs 13.22gram. The matrix is circular and has a protruding knop at the upper edge. Below this is an incsribed cross which begins the inscription of which only a few letters can be made out, SIGI--NIS-----RDI. Inside the inscription is foliate decoration containing a central upright stem with three feathery protrusions, below, on either side of this is a slightly curved 'tendril' and below that a swirl. The reverse is plain.

Fragment of a possible blank or unfinished medieval seal matrix, made from lead and pointed-oval in shape, 20mm wide and 22mm high. The object is in a good condition with a grey patina and weighs 6.94g. It is decorated on one side with a raised border and a central raised fleur de lis design. On the other side there is a border which may contain an inscription and inside this is an incised cross and possible oval motif. The object is quite worn and so is difficult to see.
