Post Medieval lead alloy medallion, length 49mm, thickness 4mm, weight 32.70g. The object appears to date to the 18th century and shows a large coat of arms held up by a male and female figure, possibly holding tools? The reverse shows three large rectangular pillars, with a lot of lettering. This may refer to the three pillars of learning.

Post Medieval copper alloy mourning medallion for Princess Charlotte, 1817. The token shows a portrait of the Princess with inscription HRH THE PRINCESS CHARLOTTE. The reverse shows a funerary urn under a weeping willow, with the inscription BRITANNIA MOURNS HER PRINCESS DEAD / DIED 6th NOV 1817 AGED 21.

Post Medieval silver medallion depicting Charles I, 26mm long 20mm wide and 1 mm thick. The object is in good condition and weighs 1.30grams. The object shows a finely engraved left facing bust of king Charles set in an ornate border with two sub rectangular protrusions at each side and a fixing loop at the head and base of the object. The reverse of the object shows the royal garter seal. The upper loop still has a silver chain link present and just below this, in the body of the object are two small circular holes which may have been added to provide a method of sewing the medallion…

Medieval or later copper alloy and gold medallion, 29mm in diameter and 4mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a brown patina and weighs 13.98 grams. The object appears to be modelled on a Medieval french D'or coin. and consists of part of a floriate cross in a rounded border with an unreadable inscription. The other side appears to show a monarch seated on a throne.

Post Medieval copper alloy medallion or token, 36mm in diameter and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a green patina and weighs 12.62 grams. The object has incised decoration on each side and has traces of gilding. One side shows an eagle type bird with pointed beak and outstretched wings whilst the other side has what appears to be a Tudor rose style flower motif with a central circle flanked by stylised petals.
