Medieval lead alloy ampulla fragment, 40mm in length, 26mm wide and 8mm thick with a weight of 19.97grams. The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section and consists of one half of the object. It has a rounded lower edge and one curved side. The upper edge and other side is damaged. One side is decorated with tapering linear depressions, forming a scallop shell design. The other has an incomplete raised border of two concentric circles. Medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, 31mm in diameter, 10 mm thick with a weight of 43.41grams. The whorl is circular in form and bi-conical in cross section. It is decorated on both faces, its very worn, but appears to be a border of circles and semi-circles along the edge on one face and a series of raised chevrons and dots on the other. The whorl has a central hole, 8mm in diameter. It fits Walton Rogers form C.

It has an integral sewing loop in the centre of its underside. It is decorated in relief with a cruciform motif which is formed of rows of squares with a dot inside, then each quarter is filled with concentric chevrons.
