First image shows various nails all found together in waterlogged riverside field. Those on left show standard Roman forms.

Post medieval iron spearhead or pike blade? Length: 1200 mm, width: 29 mm, thickness: 25 mm, weight: 178.00 g
The object has a triangular form and a lozenge shaped sub rectangular cross section, which becomes circular near its base. It tapers in width slightly to a point and has a prominent ridge running down the centre of each blade. At its base there is a circular opening which has a small circular hole in one side just above its damaged edge, so it appears intact in length.
