Two undated identical copper alloy mounts 1) 54mm long, 23mm wide and 1mm thick 2) 67mm in length, 22mm wide, 1mm thick with a combined weight of 11.32g. The objects are rectangular in form and cross section and consist of plain tapering shafts which have broken off. Each one has a terminal with a central rounded recess, flanked by linear projection in each corner. This turns outwards and back on itself, touching the side of the object and then kicking outwards, with the longer one terminating in spirals. Early Post Medieval copper alloy end cap from a knife handle, 15mm long, 14mm wide and 8mm thick with a weight of 11.81g. The object is sub rectangular in form and oval in cross section. It appears to have a stylised zoomorphic design, possibly of a dog or bear? It is simply decorated with two diagonal incised lines on its two widest faces (the shorter one butting up to the muzzle). Late Iron Age to Early Roman copper alloy Le Tene variant brooch. 42mm in length, 12mm wide and 5mm thick with a weight of 3.07grams. The object has half of a coiled spring at its head and has a rectangular shaped and cross sectioned bow. This is curved and has a chevron collar at its shoulder. It continues with no decoration to a chunky rectangular shaped catch plate.

Roman copper alloy disc brooch, 21mm in length, 17mm wide and 2mm thick with a weight of 3.49grams. The brooch is circular in form and rectangular in cross section. It is almost complete, missing its pin, but damaged and is decorated with a central raised circle surrounded by a swagged border with six raised roundels attached. Medieval or post Medieval copper alloy buckle, 40mm in length, 37mm wide and 3mm thick with a weight of 8.26g. The buckle is a double loop type and is formed of two joining oval loops with no embellishments and has a sub rectangular cross section. These types date to 1350-1650. This eg. matches no.295, p.53 in Whitehead, R. 1996. 'Buckles 1250-1800'.

Post Medieval copper alloy mount 3mm thick and 21mm in diameter with a weight of 6.54g. The object is circular in form and rectangular in cross section with a short circular sectioned shaft in the centre of its reverse. The object has a slight raised rectangular cross sectioned lip and is decorated with a Royal shield topped by a crown, surrounded by the inscription [..]F ET H REX FL[.]ETL L S RI A TE [..]. The shield is that of the electors of Hanover and matches Queen Anne or possibly George I. Dating to 1707-1800.

Roman copper alloy headstud brooch, The brooch has very short rectangular shaped circular cross sectioned wings with a central recess to hold the hinged pin, now missing. Its bow is sub rectangular in cross section and is decorated with a raised circular 'stud' sitting above a raised linear band flanked by a linear recess. The brooch has a stepped foot, now bent, and behind. It is 44mm long, 12 mm wide, 4mm in thickness and weighs 8.28 g. It has a damaged triangular catchplate.

A Roman copper alloy furniture fitting, dating to AD 43 - 402. The object is sub triangular in form, with a circular cross section. It consists of a swollen 'cone' with a raised rounded collar at its base below which sits an Iron shank. Its body tapers in width to a smaller raised collar which sits below a semi-spherical terminal knop. length: 20 mm, width: 10 mm, weight: 4.66 g. There are similar mounts with a Roman attribution recorded on the database as NMS-999FA6, SF-875A8C, HAMP-7C883B and LIN-2DD113

late Iron Age to Early Roman (AD 20-70) Colchester one-piece bow brooch, 54mm in length, 4mm thick with a weight of 9.56grams. The bow is sub circular in cross section and curved. It has the remains of an openwork catch plate taking up one third of its length. It has small rectangular shaped open wings and the centre of these house an incomplete wire loop. A similar Colchester brooch is illustrated by Hattatt R. (2007), Fig. 155, no. 250.
