The object is 'shield' shaped being triangular with two curving long edges. The upper straight edge has a rectangular suspension hole in its centre and the object has a rectangular cross-section. It is stepped, with a slightly smaller upper surface and this is decorated with a lion, possibly rampant, though this is hard to confirm.

Late medieval copper alloy pot leg, 60mm in length, 45mm wide and 13mm thick with a weight of 170grams. The object is rectangular in form and sub rectangular in cross section. One one face the the foot is decorated with a central triangular cross sectioned ridge running vertically towards its lower edge which extends forwards to form a splayed triangular cross sectioned foot. Dating to the period AD 1300-1600.

A possible Post Medieval copper alloy strap end or hooked clasp, 28mm long, 14mm wide and 0.5mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 1.35 grams. The object consists of a sub triangular plate which has two rounded protrusions on its upper edge, giving it an overall 'heart' shape. At this point there is one circuler sectioned rivet in the centre of one of the curves and a hole, where a second seems to have broken off, in the other.
