Post medieval silver gilt object, 13mm in diameter and 7mm high weight unknown.
The object is misshapen but appears to be domed and has the remains of a fitting/prong in the centre of its reverse. It is decorated with three raised 'filigree' circles which sit around a central domed semi-spherical knop. Near the base of each circle (furthest away from the centre) is a further domed knop bordered by a smaller filigree circle (one is missing?). There is at least one more knop sitting between two of the circles. The base of the object may have a border as well, though this is difficult…

The first fold is close to its edge and is probably deliberate, to form a hook or catch. The second fold is close to its centre, and appears to be accidental&nbs…
