The object is rectangular in form and circular in cross section. It comprises a hollow circular tube with a stylised animal's head at one end and circular opening at the other, which has an incised collar and has been pierced transversely, with a silver pin. In the centre are two circular features, one on each side, the upper edge of which projects above the tube. Each contains a reversed V-motif inside a recessed field. A cast silver terminal in the form of an animal's head. The object is rectangular in form and semi-circular in cross section. It comprises a hollow tube with a stylised animal's head at one end and circular opening at the other, pierced transversely (the FLO reports that there was a silver pin through this, which has been lost).
