Lead stylus. The object is a round-sectioned rod with an indentation around its circumference approximately 3mm from one end, and the other end tapers to a blunted point. It is 33mm long, 7mm in diameter and weighs11.59g. Its surface is grey, rough and pitted with patches of white corrosion.

Medieval lead alloy stylus, 39mm long and 6mm in diameter. The object is in fair condition and weighs 8.24grams. It has a circular section and tapers to a point at one end. It is slightly bent.
