Late medieval to early post medieval lead button, Diameter: 25 mm, thickness 7mm, weight: 28.37 grams. The button has a D-shaped cross section witha flat underside. It has seven raised semi-spheres (on ein centre of circle of six) and a squashed integral loop in the centre of a casting seam on reverse.

Late medieval lead button, 23mm in diameter and 11mm thick. The button is in fair condition with a grey patina and weighs 20.48grams. The button is conical and roughly cast. It has a slightly over hanging circular protrusion at its point and its underside has a semi-circular sectioned shaft running its length. Crossing it is a small linear depression which holds traces of an iron loop.

Medieval Lead alloy Button, 24mm in diameter and 7mm thick. The surface of the button is decorated with a raised image of a female? figure wearing a crown. All the original edges are worn away and the loop has also corroded.

Medieval lead alloy button, 26mm in diameter and 5mm thick. The button has a raised design on its surface which is made up of a border of lines running towards the centre and a central cross motif. The button originally has an integral loop attached to a ridge on the reverse but this has snapped off and the button has been drilled with two small holes so it can be reused.
