Late Medieval to early Post Medieval lead alloy button, 24mm in diameter, 9mm thick with a weight of 13.09grams. The button is circular in form and slight D shaped cross section. It had a flat underside with a clear casting seam containing an integral circular fixing loop (now damaged). Its surface has a raised border of small domed circles and inside this is a flower like motif formed of a central knop and six radiating 'petals' in between these are six domed circle in pellet motifs.

Late Medieval to Post Medieval lead alloy button. 26mm in diameter, 11mm thick, with a weight of 11.23grams. The button is circular in form and slightly semi circular in cross section. It has an integral sewing loop in the centre of its underside. It is decorated in relief with a cruciform motif which is formed of rows of squares with a dot inside, then each quarter is filled with concentric chevrons.

Late medieval lead alloy button, 5mm thick and 30mm in diameter with a weight of 28.87g. The button is circular in form and D shaped in cross section, its flat reverse has a casting ridge with a flattened integral suspension loop. Its surface has a slight raised border and is covered in semi-spherical decoration, a large central one flanked by a circle of seven small ones, then a circle of seven larger ones interspersed with small ones in between.

Medieval to Post Medieval lead alloy button, 26mm in length, 4mm thick and a diameter of 26mm with a weight of 8.53g. The button is circular in forma nd recxtangular in cross section. It has a thin raised border and its surface is filled with a ring of six, large slighty raised semi-spheres and lots of smaller ones filling the gaps. The button has two circular fixing holes, centrally placed inside the ring of semi-spheres. Earlier buttons of this type usually have an integral fixing loop on the reverse, the holes suggest possibly a later date or an alteration?

Late Medieval or early post Medieval lead alloy button, 1400-1700. diameter: 27 mm, thickness 19mm, weight: 25.57 g. The button is circular in form with a D shaped cross section. Its domed upper surface is decorated with a voided raised cross and a central semi-spherical boss. Each quarter has two raised arches. It has traces of iron loop in the centre of its underside. The button is similar BUC-415532 but without lead loop. The lack of parallels for an iron loop would suggest this is a repair.

The cross sits over a raised border about 4mm from the edge and each quadrant appears to be decorated with further radiating lines, though now very faint.

The object consists of a rectangular plate with a semi circular projection at one end. It has two circular holes drilled into its centre. The object appears to be a makshift button and is very similar to LEIC-72F667 which was found in the same parish.
