Early medieval gold terminal mount in the form of an animal's head. The mount is hollow (now filled with mud), and has been constructed from a sheet of gold that has been shaped into a three-dimensional horse-like head, beneath which is a plain gold sheet back-plate probably attached by soldering. Early Medieval gold bracteate fragment, 19mm long, 13mm wide and 0.5mm thick with a weight of 0.74grams. The object is sub-rectangular in form and cross section and represents a fraction of the edge of a bracteate pendant. This bracteate has no known English parallels but does have similarities to Scandinavian examples. A plain gold buckle of rectangular cross-section, comprising a hollow triangular plate and an oval loop. The buckle plate consists of a flat upper plate which is soldered to side walls, creating a box-like hollow-backed element. The apex of the triangular box expands into a circular lobe; there are also two curved projections, each slightly smaller than the apex lobe, along the long sides near to the wider end. Early Medieval gold pendant set with a red stone, presumably a garnet. The pendant is in the form of a stepped triangle, with three 'steps' on each side and a horizontal base. It has a rectangular cross section with a slightly concave reverse. The pendant is intact but part of the gold frame has been torn and is now bent away from the stone setting. Early Medieval gold A-bracteate, 34mm long, 28mm wide and 1mm thick with a weight of 3.59 grams. The bracteate is incompletely preserved, the loop has been ripped off and about one third of the stamped outer zone on the upper right part is missing. Early medieval (Anglo-Saxon) gold 'cocked hat' sword pommel, The object is sub triangular in form and sub rectangular in section. It has a curved upper surface which has a central domed area which is flanked by two sub triangular areas of filigree running to each end. Gold and garnet pendant from a necklace. The pendant is in the shape of an elongated shield and is designed to fit the garnet. It is made up of a thick back plate to which a narrow swaged loop is soldered. The garnet is set directly on the back plate with no foil backing. It is held in a poorly made dogtooth collar, which is itself surrounded by a fine-beaded wire frame. The garnet is large and is cabochon cut with a highly polished surface. The pendant is, 19mm high and 10mm wide. The stone is 13mm high and 8mm wide.
