Early Medieval copper alloy comb, 107 mm long, 22 mm wide and 1 mm thick with a weight of 10.05g. The object is sub-rectangular in form and rectangular in cross section. It consists of a solid sub rectangular plate with a curved/bowed upper surface and rounded ends. One end is intact and has a small circular hole, 2 mm in diameter, centrally placed. Roman copper alloy trumpet brooch, 37mm long, 13mm wide and 10mm thick with a weight of 5.63g. The brooch is missing all of its lower half and its spring and pin. It has an oval head plate, housing a rectangular recess for the spring and above this is a semi-circular projecting loop. The bow is D shaped in cross section and emerges from the centre of the head plate. It is decorated with a raised chevron motif near its top and it has raised collars, arranged in three groups with the largest in the centre, at its shoulder.

Roman copper alloy trumpet brooch. 32mm in length and 15mm in width. It weighs 3.09g. The brooch has a roughly oval shaped head with a flat area behind to house a spring, now missing. The circular cross sectioned bow emerges from the front of the head and curves around, tapering in width. Below the point it has curved is a stylised 'acanthus scroll' decoration consisting of three rounded projections, the central one larger. Below this the plain bow continues to taper and has broken before the catch plate emerges.

Three Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative, hinged type brooch fragments, dating from the period AD 50-100. All of these brooch fragments have short projecting circular cross sectioned wings with hinges. All are partial, with the D shaped cross sectioned bows of each missing their ends. Roman copper alloy umbonate plate brooch, 34mm in length, 26mm wide, 7mm thick with a weight of 4.78g. The brooch is circular in form with a D shaped cross section. It is missing most of its flat outer border but has part of a suspension loop projecting at one end and a very worn catch plate projection opposite this. It is formed of a hollow domed plate which is decorated with a series of elongated triangular enamel cells, converging at the apex of the dome. These are filled with alternate blue and yellow enamel. The flat outer border has traces of tinning/silvering.

The brooch has incomplete semi-circular cross sectioned open wings with a double suspension loop attached to centre, missing spring and pin except for a wire fragment through the upper loop. The other loop and the area below the wire has iron concretion filling it, suggesting an iron spring. The bow is sub triangular in cross section, having a pronounced ridge running down its centre from the suspension loop. It is missing its base and catch plate.

Roman copper alloy nail cleaner of Baldock Type which is 15mm in length, 2mm wide, with a weight of 0.91grams. The object is incomplete and is sub rectangular in form and cross section. It consists of a rounded upper edge, which then tapers inwards and turns 90 degrees and widens out to form a flat plate with rounded shoulders. At this point the object has broken. The upper rounded portion contains a small circular suspension hole. This would suggest that the object is part of a toilet set, possibly a nail cleaner. see BUC-9F4DC6 and LEIC-745772 for similar examples.
