Copper-alloy object in the form of a hand, 30mm long and 16mm wide. The object has a rivet shaped terminal which is 7mm wide, this appears to have attached the hand to a swivel junction of some sort. Below this there is a 'cuff' which protrudes slightly then the hand begins and is roughly pyramidal in form. The fingers of the hand are formed of four raised lines which are wrapped around a circular void 6mm in diameter. This would have held the loop handle of a chafing dish.
