Medieval copper alloy cup weight, 34mm in diameter, 20mm high and weighing 56.03 grams. The object has a greenish patina. It is undecorated except for a doughnut shaped depression on its underside. There is a possible G stamped on the base inside the cup. Its sides are 3mm thick and taper outwards slightly. In form it matches weights dating to the 12-14th centuries.

Medieval copper alloy cup weight, 16mm in diameter, 7mm high and weighing 7.22grams. The weight is circular in form and rectangular in cross section with slightly tapering sides c. 2mm thick. The flat rim is decorated with twelve punched rings. The sides show signs of filing, possibly to adjust its weight. This is a cup weight, which would form part of anested set similar to an example published from Salisbury (Saunders, 2001: fig. 43 no. 28b) and from the PAS database (e.g. HAMP-8FA964, IOW-0A3577). It is of probable 13th to 14th century AD date.

Late medieval copper alloy weight, 1400-1500. Thickness: 4 mm, diameter: 18 mm, weight: 5.58 g The weight is circular in form and rectangular in cross section. It has a raised upper border and is stamped with a crown and a possible second symbol on either side of a central circular recess. Biggs (p.48) notes 15th century weights which were just stamped with a crown and also comments that they are similiar to coin weights which are also stamped with a lis, used to weigh nobles and dating to the 1420s.

The object has a sub rectangular section with curved edges and is curved slightly in form. It has broken at both ends and is decorated with one incised ring and dot, c.12mm in diameter. The object is rectangular in form and circular in section and is broken off at one end. The other end has a raised semi-circular collar, 6mm wide, about 8mm from its edge. The interior void is 7mm in diameter and of even thickness. It may be a spout from some sort of drinking vessel??

It consists of a semi-circular sectioned loop with a flat rectangular shaped protrusion beneath this. The object terminates with a circular sectioned protrusion which would have held it in place on the rim of a chafing dish. The loop itself would have held on the handle.

The object is traingular in section resembles half a pyramid in form, when viewed from its outer surface. The object is circular in section with an 'L' shaped form. It consists of a circular tube which protrudes from the mouth of a hound, which has rounded, upwards facing ears. Behind the dogs head the tube widens slightly and curves downwards. At this point it is cut away, becoming semi-circular sectioned and tapering to a rounded point.

Medieval copper alloy foot either from a vessel or a trivet, 55mm long, 24mm wide and 22mm thick. It is in fair condition with a green/balck patina and weighs 66.06grams. The object is rectangular in form and sub rectangular in section. It consists of a sub-rectangular tapering leg which has a base set at a 45 degree angle. at the top of the leg is a rectangular section of a rectangular sectioned plate/vessel, which appears to have one finished edge. This and the angle suggest it may be a trivet foot rather than part of a vessel.
