Post Medieval, copper alloy trade weight? 14mm in diameter and 3mm thick. The weight is in good condition with a green patina and a weight of 2.59grams. The weight is marked with the ewer of the London founders company who issued the weights and has what appears to be a crown minus the monarchs initial? The shape of the weight and the marks fit with the smaller ones issued between 1590 and 1826, but without an initial its not datable.

six post medieval copper alloy buttons, although not identical the buttons are very similar in weight and size and were found together. The buttons are solid with sub-spherical forms and have integral loops, three of which are broken. The buttons weigh between 2.74 and 2.99 grams each and have diameters of 11 or 12mm.

Post medieval copper alloy blunt-hooked dress fastener, 34mm long, 16mm wide and 3mm thick. It consists of a domed plate in the shape of a scallop shell, decorated with incised radiating lines. From this projects a rectangular shaft with a rounded end whihc has been made into a forward-facing hook. Post medieval copper alloy spoon bowl, 43mm long, 34mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a brown/black patina and weighs 6.94grams. The object represents part of the spoon bowl and has part of the oval sectioned handle attached. On the spoons underside, supporting the handle is a triangular shaped wedge and the bowl also thickens to accomodate the shaft, then narrows. there is some sort of circular motif stamped into the bowl, just below the handle.

Post medieval copper alloy dress hook, 21mm long, 14mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition with a brown patina and weighs 1.41grams. The object is sub rectangular in form and has a circular sectioned shaft, C.5mm long, emerging from its base. The object is flat but its front surface has slight raised areas which may be a very worn raised rose motif, which is common on these objects. The surface is also covered with surface concretions and the reverse has two sets of three circular holes near its upper corners, which are also filled with this concretion.
