The object represents the lower portion of the central plate of a sub circular three part strap end. It consists of a 3-D stylised acorn terminal sitting at the base of a curved, rectangular cross sectioned frame.

The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section with a rounded lower edge. It consists of two plates, one decorated with incised ' rocker' work consisting of a line down the centre with at least two chevrons crossing over this. The other one is plain but both have three small circular holes just under the upper edge, the outer two hold rivets which attach the plates to the central frame. The object terminates with an acorn shaped projection sitting on a short collared shaft .

The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section and consists of two plain plates covering an internal frame. The plate have a rounded lower edge which terminates with a sub rectangular knop. The upper surface has two small triangular cut outs, forming a zig-zag edge.
The object is almost identical to SWYOR-7B3AFA dated to 1250-1450 See Egan and Pritchard (1991) Page 142.

The fragment is part of the central frame of a three part strap end. The object consists of the lower central part and has a crescentric shaped and rectangular cross sectioned incomplete plate. In teh centre of its outer rounded edge it has an 'acorn' shaped terminal which has a D shaped cross section and has a rounded collar where it joins the plate. On the opposite side of the plate is a corresponding small rectangular shaped and cross sectioned projection.

The object is rectangular in form and cross section. Its upper half has a spilt end to house the strap and this is damaged. Below that the object has slightly rounded sides and it then tapers in width and becomes thicker, terminating in a possible animal head terminal? this is now extremely worn.
The object is probably a Thomas class B1 or B2.

It has tapering long edges which narrow to a rounded collar sitting above an acorn like sub spherical terminal. There is a single centrally placed rivet hole at the top and a rivet at the bottom of the plate and one surface is missing. There is no obvious decoration on the plate which is present. The object matches e.g. 607, p.131 in Egan and Prichard, Dress Accessories, which they have dated to 1350-1450.

Early medieval copper alloy strap end, 32mm in length, 8mm wide and 2mm thick with a weight of 23.8grams. The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section and is complete except for a small section of the upper edge. It has a rounded upper edge, with traces of two circular holes and this portion is spit in two. The main body has bowed sides and is decorated with a central panel of raised interlace, with possible silvering. The object terminates with an animal head with large rounded ears and projecting rectangular snout. The object fits Thomas class A type 1

Early medieval copper alloy strap end, 24mm in length, 9mm wide and 2mm thick with a weight of 1.39grams. The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section and is incomplete. It has a rounded upper edge which has two (one damaged) circular holes. The sides are bowed and the main body is decorated with a central ridge and a recessed rectangular panel on either side. These panels may be decorated with a zig zag ridge, possibly visible in the lower section. The strap end is similar to a Thomas type A5.

Medieval copper alloy strap end, 27mm in length, 26mm wide and 6mm thick with a weight of 16.73grams. The object is part of a 'lyre-shaped' strap end and is rectangular in form and cross section. It is decorated on one side, possibly with the inscription IHS in Gothic lettering? or linear patterning. It has a slightly raised border at each end and it has patches of silvering on its surface. It has the remains of two sub rectangular projections at its narrower enclosed end which are the remnants of the rest of the object.

Roman copper alloy incomplete amphora-shaped strap end. The object is a flattened oval in plan which tapers into a collared knop on the lower end. The top end has broken off leaving two semicircular indentations along the edge and a blunt projection on one side. The surface has been decorated with a punched design consisting of three large circles down the middle which have a smaller circle in the centre. The object is rectangular in form and sub- triangular in cross section and probably represents part of a 'lyre-shaped' strap end dating to c. 1350- c. 1450AD.
