The obverse depcits four fleurs de lis in a lozenge within a tressure of four arches, and the reverse depicts a simple cross pattee in the field with flowers in each quarter. These jettons were struck mainly in Tournai during the reign of Louis XII (1497-1515) but also struck during the reign of Francis I (1515-1547) up to the year 1521 when Tournai was occupied by Charles V. The obverse compares well with Mitchiner 726a. Cf. Mitchiner, 1988, pp.236-238, no.726a. For a similar example see CORN-0881BE.
