Post Medieval copper alloy buckle, 32mm long, 22mm wide and weighing 4.63g. The buckle is sub-rectangular in form and D shaped in cross section and is double looped. It has a central pin bar separating two sub circular loops. The buckle has small rounded projections at each end of the pin bar and two on each loop, at the outer 'corners' . The buckle is of a type dated to 1550-1650 in Whitehead, R. Buckles 1250-1800 p.63

The object is sub rectangular in form and cross section and consists of a flat plate which has a triangular lower half, which then thins into a short shaft then has two semi-circular projections before turning on its self to form a hooked terminal. Post Medieval copper alloy button, 11mm in length and 11mm in diameter with a weight of 2.45grams. The object consists of a solid semi-sphere which has an oval shaped flat plate emerging from the centre of its underside. This has a circular fixing loop in its centre. The button is similar to e.g.s P.23 & 29 in Bailey, G. 'Buttons and fasteners'.

Early Medieval (Viking-age) copper alloy trefoil brooch, 46mm in length, 27mm wide and 3mm thick with a weight of 11.18g. The brooch is incomplete, missing most of one arm. The surviving arms are sub- rectangular, with a rounded tip. The front is slightly convex and the reverse is flat and undecorated. Late Medieval copper alloy strap clasp. 25mm in length, 13mm wide and 6mm thick with a weight of 3.63g. The clasp is rectangular in form and cross section. It has an open rectangular frame which has an angled plate projecting from one end. This has animal head decoration with a rounded snout forming a triangular apex and behind this are very large almond eyes with a chevron shaped ridge forming brows which runs down the side of the frame. The opposite end to the head has a recessed flat plate to take a strap and just in front of this on each side is a rounded transverse ridge.

The object is rectangular in form and cross section, with an elongated rectangular projection at the opposing short edges, both are decorated with three transverse linear incisions, whilst the rest of the object is plain. It has no obvious function, but its form suggests possibly a link of some sort and its decoration suggests a Medieval or post Medieval date?.

Roman copper alloy headstud brooch, Length: 32 mm, width: 11 mm, thickness: 4.62 g. The brooch has short rectangular shaped wings which had a D shaped cross section. The central hinged pin is missing, as is the suspension loop from its upper centre. The bow is decorated with a raised circular 'stud' containing a raised cross inside and below this are two rows of facing triangular cells down the length of the bow. This terminates with a stepped rounded foot and the reverse of the bow contains a catch plate scar, half the length of the bow.
