Roman copper alloy Dupondius, 26m in diameter, 3mm thick and weighing 14.48 grams. The coin is very worn with edges and some surface missing and it has a green/brown patina. The reverse shows standing female figure, possibly libertas? The obverse has a faint outline of a bust, but is not recognisable (the finder believes its Claudius?) no inscription is visible.
