The object is rectangular in form and triangular in cross section. It has a rectangular hollow on its lower side which contains traces of lead solder (used to apply to the stirrup).

Late Medieval or post medieval copper alloy miniature skillet, 39mm long, 23mm wide and 18mm thick with a weight of 16.49grams. The object consists of a plain spherical bowl which has an outward flaring wide rim. It has a long handle with a D shaped cross-sectioned which emerges from just under the rim. This terminates with a rounded edge and a semi-circular depression in its flat upper surface, possibly suggesting it originally terminated in a suspension loop? The base of the bowl has the remains of three plain triangular cross sectioned legs, one of which is mostly intact.

Bronze age copper alloy spearhead fragment of Davis Group 13. The fragment is sub rectangular in form, with a central circular cross sectioned, tapering shaft, flanked by incomplete blade projections. At one end there is a circular hollow forming the base of the shaft and the other (upper) edge there is a circular cross sectioned, solid centre with triangular cross sectioned projections. The fragment forms the lower part of the blade, where it joins its shaft and is in a very poor condition. Length: 42 mm, width: 20 mm, thickness: 11 mm, weight: 15.14 grams.

Early Bronze age copper alloy flat axe blade, 57mm long, 61mm wide (at blade) and 9 mm thick with a weight of 123grams. The object is rectangular in cross section and sub rectangular in form. It is in fair condition, having lost some surface and it is incomplete having snapped about half way down its orginal length? Here is it 26mm wide and 9mm thick. From here its sides flare slightly outwards and taper in thickness to form a slightly rounded blade 1mm thick. It is decorated on both faces with a series of linear depressions running towards the blade.

It has been folded back on itself, but appears intact. It has at least seven small circular holes arranged around a larger central hole. It appears to have foliate style incised decoration, at least in each corner, on one face. The object is damaged around its upper edges but the lower edge and the lower sides have definite edges, which suggests the object was made to be inlaid into something. It depicts a monk or priest who is holding up a book and is holding his hand raised above it, with two fore fingers outstretched as though giving a blessing. Roman copper alloy harness pendant, 50mm long, 16mm wide and 7mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 11.56grams. The object is a drop form pendant which would have been suspendedfrom a horse harness. It consisits of a circular sectioned suspension loop sitting above a circular sectioned stepped collar. Below this theobject has a circular sectioned shaft which widens towards the centre before narrowing to a spherical knop terminal.

Medieval copper alloy brooch, 23mm long and wide and 4mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 7.99grams. The object is rectangular in form and section and has a raised rectangle set in each corner, with a star like recess. The frame has chamferred edges and a linear decoration, formed of solid linesand rows of dots,on its upper surface. It has a recessed pin rest with a cast pin, which has a circular loop sitting below a rectangular sectioned disc, decorated with raised dots on its edge. Above this the pin is circular sectioned and tapers to a point.

It has one trapezoidal section which has a circular fixing hole in the centre of its wider edge (this would be mirrored in the missing section). Below this, to the other side, is a folded strip of metal with a pointed terminal and a rectangular slit in its centre. Medieval copper alloy harness suspension mount, 45mm long, 25mm wide, 4mm thick, and weighing 6.87grams. The mount is cruciform with wide terminals. The two side arms (as shown) contain circular fixing holes, one still has the rivet present. The lower arm is extended with a pointed end. This has been folded back on itself and contains a rectangular slit which accomodates a bar, holding a transverse suspension loop. The loop is attached to a small triangular plate which appears intact, but is rather small for a pendant. This plate and part of the cruciform section are heavily gilded.
