Silver medieval cut halfpenny of Henry III, 17mm in diameter and 1mm thick. The obverse shows hand and sceptre portrait. The only part of the inscription visible is III. The reverse shows the voided cross and three pellets in each quadrant. The inscription reads R(orN) EI N? the coin is in good condition with a good silver patina.

Copper alloy early post medieval spur fragment, 62mm long and 10mm wide. The object represents the rear portion of a spur. It has a bulbous protrusion 15mm long and 10mm wide which forms the arm? Two prongs appear from this and would have held the rowel , which is missing. The object is in fair condition, but has a pitted surface.

Silver Medieval penny of Edward I or II, 18mm in diameter and 1mm thick. The coin is in good condition and has been very clearly struck. The obverse signs of the coin being struck twice. The first being off centre and rotated as can be seen clearly in the lettering. It has also been deliberately bent in two (possibly three) places as though attempting to halve it by hand? Obverse shows forward facing bust, inscription reads +EDWRANGLDHSHYB. The reverse shows long cross with three pellets in each quarter. Inscription reads CIVITASLONDON

Silver Medieval Scottish cut halfpenny, 9mm long. Roughly a quarter of the coin is missing. The coin was identified straight from the ground and was muddy. The obverse was worn with no portrait present. The inscription was very difficult to read but may have an E or S visible. The reverse shows part of a voided cross with a star in each quarter. The inscription reads HON (h =last letter of moneyers name). The coin is possibly a halfpenny of Alexander?

Copper alloy Medieval annular brooch, 17mm in diameter and 4mm thick. The brooch consists of a flat circular disc 5mm wide and 1mm thick, which has notches cut out of its outer surface at regular intervals. The inner half of the disc rises another 3mm and is 2mm thick. This disc has one notch cut away, lining up with one of the lower notches to provide space for the pin to be attached. The upper surface of this has lines cut out to form decoration. The brooch is missing its pin, but is in good condition with a greyish green patina.

Copper alloy Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch, 35mm long and 12mm wide. The brooch is incomplete, with only the animal head terminal (the upper half) present. The brooch appears to have been broken in antiquity as the edge is very worn. The reverse has part of a catch plate 20mm long attached. The upper part of the surface is decorated with a series of horizontal incised lines clumped together at intervals down its length. The object is spherical with a flatterned lower surface and appears to be solid. It has the remains of an integral loop protruding from the middle of its base. The loop is formed from a sheet and has a circular hole cut out of it. It has scratches all over one side suggesting it was hand finished.

The object represents half of a purse bar. It has a broken central loop, 7mm wide, which was sub rectangular in form with a circular hole. This is attached to a plain circular sectioned shaft which is 3mm in diameter and 30mm long. The object terminates with a circular knop, 8mm deep and 11mm in diameter, which has a linear depression running along its outer side, resembling a screw head.
