Roman or Georgian? copper alloy silvered coin re-used as a pendant, 14mm long, 11mm wide and 1mm thick. The object consists of a coin that has been cut in half and pierced for use as a pendant. It is missing its lower portion but appears to show a Roman style bust on one side.

post Medieval silver coin, re-used as token? The coin appears to bear the partial inscription of a Tudor/Stuart period coin. F and HIB can be seen but there is a strange mark after the hib which loooks like a castle ? The coins is very worn on both sides and is countermarked with an X and what looks like a flower motif?
