Two undated identical copper alloy mounts 1) 54mm long, 23mm wide and 1mm thick 2) 67mm in length, 22mm wide, 1mm thick with a combined weight of 11.32g. The objects are rectangular in form and cross section and consist of plain tapering shafts which have broken off. Each one has a terminal with a central rounded recess, flanked by linear projection in each corner. The objects ar irregular in form and sub rectangular in cross section. the smaller two are very indicative of casting waste and the larger object may be a fragment of an object or another by product of the casting process. They are recorded here as they may indicate a previously unknown industrial site . 1) 43mm in length, 32mm wide and 8mm thick with a weight of 36.29grams 2) 35mm in length, 29mm wide and 5mm thick with a weight of 28.36grams 3) 58mm in length, 41mm wide and 4mm thick with a weight of 71.00grams.

Left to right in photo L W T Wgt 17 15 6 2.42 30 28 6 32.43 These were found together and not far away form other signs of metal working recorded as LEIC-99FD63 which suggest signs of metal processing.
