A shield shaped medieval copper alloy harness pendant with traces of green enamel. Each of the three corners of the shield has a bar projecting from it terminating in a ring. The rings lie on the same plane as the shield with the central holes of all three running transverse to the pendant. The shield is decorated with 5 diagonal bars and 6 grooves of equal width. An incomplete copper alloy early Anglo-Saxon supporting arm brooch with a wide rectangular head. This is decorated with a raised rim along the top, a pair of incised parallel lines across the centre, and another pair of parallel lines at the junction of head and bow. On the reverse of the head, each end has a pierced lug which projects backwards, creating a box shape to house the pin mechanism. A medieval finger-ring, much distorted and recently repaired. It consists of a simple, flat, tapering band with a plain back and a front decorated with panels of stippled ornament. The shoulders each bear a simple cross and the centre is engraved with a lozenge. The recesses of the design were probably originally filled with niello, some of which appears to survive in the central panel. The finger-ring is silver and dates from the twelfth century. A medieval finger-ring, with a double-faceted bezel and a cabled hoop. The ring is badly abraded and almost certainly carried the image of one or two saints, though no depiction is clearly distinguishable. The shoulders are decorated with heart-shaped flowers resembling tulips, either side of a cabled band. The ring is (probably) silver-gilt, and dates from the late 15th Century or early 16th Century. Consequently, in terms of age and as the object contains a minimum of 10% precious metal it qualifies as Treasure under the stipulations of the Treasure Act 1996.

A medieval gold finger-ring, the hoop distorted, with a bezel of trapezoidal shape set with a sapphire. The slender hoop is of D-shaped section, with zigzag and punched decoration at the shoulders. The ring dates to the 13th century. X-ray fluorescence analysis of the ring carried out at the British Museum indicated a gold content of approximately 82%. The gemstone was identified by Raman spectroscopy as sapphire. The ring weighs 1.47g. The hoop is 2.6mm wide and 1.27mm thick.

Treasure case: 2005 T214 A medieval finger ring formed of a simple hoop and set with a triangular, shield shaped stone. The stone is deep blue, heavily scratched, and may be a sapphire or glass. The diameter of the hoop is 20mm. The ring weighs 4.54g. The finger-ring dates from the thirteenth century and is gold, and therefore qualifies as treasure under the stipulations of the Treasure Act 1996.

A cast copper-alloy Iron Age linch pin terminal, which is the foot of the pin. The foot has a deep circular socket, inside a cylindrical, tapering shaft. The aperture at the open end of the linch pin is now empty, this would once have held the iron pin, it has long since corroded away, leaving behind iron staining and pitted remains. Treasure Case number 2006 T304 Gilded silver boss, probably from a hat hook but possibly from a hooked tag. It has a flat pinked circular backplate and a domed hollow front with filigree ornament in roundels with central projections. Gilded on front. On back plate, scar from a hook that runs most of the way across the backplate, implying that it was a hat hook rather than a hooked tag. Filed backplate. The decoration can be compared with that on contemporary pins and dress hooks, probably made in the same workshops. 16th century.
