A worn and corroded post-Medieval copper-alloy Nuremberg Jetton of 'ship-penny' type 16th century. Obverse: Profile view of a stylised sailing ship. Reverse: Four fleurs-de-lis in a lozenge. Legends are unclear due to wear and corrosion. Similar to Mitchiner, 1988, no. 1171. this item has been pierced at 11 o'clock when viewed from the reverse.

A complete copper alloy medieval English jetton, dating to c.AD 1280-c.1343. Obverse: six-pointed star made from six interconnecting lozenges, inside each lozenge at the base is a pellet, on the outside between the points is an annular.
