An incomplete copper-alloy double-looped trapezoidal buckle of post-medieval date. The buckle is trapezoidal in shape with lobed protrusions at either end of the pin bar. On either side of the pin bar is a small knop. The outer edge of each loop expands into a triangular point. The outer edges of the buckle are bevelled. There are traces of a black coating on the frame. The lower surface is flat. The pin is missing and approximately half of the frame is missing. The buckle dates from around 1620 to 1680 AD. A decorated fragment of copper alloy, possibly part of a Roman armlet, type bracelet, cut to be reused. The strip is irregular in shape and has a ring and dot pattern with an incised line either side as a border. At right angles to this are three moulded grooves. The centre one has punched dots down the length. This was originally thought to be part of a brooch but there are no signs on the back of the catchplate.

A copper-alloy Medieval horse harness pendant with suspension mount. The pendant is shield-shaped with an extending loop on the top edge, which is set at right angles to the shield. The decoration of the front face of the shield bears an engraved peacock like bird facing left; the engraving has remains of cream and red enamel. The mount has a rounded upper edge while the lower edge has two holed lugs, which allow the attachment of the pendant through an iron rivet threaded in the suspension loop. An incomplete copper alloy, hollow backed stirrup terminal. It is in the form of a decorated U shape. The surviving part of the design consists of two incised loops which may be the ears of an animal head. At the proximal end is a transverse raised collar. The distal end is broken off. The back of the terminal is hollow and retains traces of the iron stirrup frame. The terminal is quite corroded and there is some wear and damage at the proximal end. Date:Late Early Medieval - c. 1000 - 1100.

A cast copper alloy medieval single single loop D shape buckle, dating to AD 1250 - 1400. The pin is in place. There are moulded knops at the ends of the of the hoop and a very much narrowed and off set strap bar. There is a thickened section at the middle of the strap bar. The hoop has a significantly expanded outer edge and is an oval shape in section. Half of a Post Medieval copper alloy double looped oval shaped buckle, missing the pin, dating to c.16th - 17th century. In the centre of the outer edges of each loop the frame widens to a triangular point. The frame of the buckle is D shaped in cross section and has a bevelled inner edge. The pin bar is round in cross section. The buckle is similar to Whitehead 1996, page 55 number 316.

An incomplete copper alloy with traces of white metal coating, post medieval double loop asymmetrical buckle dating from c.1575-1700, missing the pin. One loop is rectangular shaped with an incised line along it, and the other is D shaped. The inside and outside edges are bevelled. On the outer frame of the D shaped loop on the inside is a rounded triangular projection. The buckle has a narrow pin bar. The buckle is similar to Whitehead 1996, 90, 562.

A cast lead bird cage trough or feeder. The vessel is almost complete but very distorted, and would originally have been D-shaped in section, flaring from the base. The flanged rim may have been damaged. These bird troughs date to the 16th -17th century. The metal surface is worn and the lead has gone a light whitish-grey colour and the surface is very powdery.
