Knapped flint barbed and tanged arrowhead dating from the Late Neolithic to Middle Bronze Age (c. 2500 BC - c.1150 BC). The arrowhead is bifacially worked and sub-triangular in plan, with two notches in the base, flanking a central tang with a barb at either side. One barb has completely broken off. The tang, and probably the other barb, have lost their tips. The arrowhead has invasive shallow parallel retouch on both faces, with a patch of cortex remaining in the centre of one face. A fragment of a flint polished axe dating to the Neolithic period, c. 4000-2200 BC. The axe fragment consists of one end only, possibly the blade end. The surface of the axe has been polished smooth but there is a large removal caused by modern damage on one face. Mottled, deep brown flint / patina.

A pale grey polished flint axe. The width of the axe tapers, along the 116.9mm length, slightly from 35.51 to 33.55mm. The axe has beem considerably reworked more than once. The initially about a third of both sides has been reflaked, giving one end a chisel shaped tip. Further reworking cuts throught the previous patination. The blade of the polished end has been chipped in several places.
