Cast copper alloy stirrup-strap mount. The mount is an example of Williams Class B, Type 2, Group 1; this group comprises mounts with two central animal heads arranged in tiers, flanked by inward-looking, open mouthed animals sitting on their haunches. This example, which is incomplete, missing part of the flange, appears to be from the same mould as no. 411 in Williams 1997, an example from Tangmere in West Sussex.
