An incomplete silver Roman denarius, probably of Hadrian (AD 117-138), possibly dating to the period c.AD 126-127 (Reece period 6). Reverse type possibly depicting Victory, naked to waist, standing facing, head right, holding long palm and crowning herself. Mint of Rome. cf.RIC II.3, p. 133, no.850 for the possible reverse type.
