Cast rectangular plate or bar with five rounded scallops along its inner edge, the outermost drilled as attachment points and the rest each with a small blind pit drilled centrally. The outer part oi – or appears to be – thickened with diagonal grooves along its length. There is no hook or eye – whichever it was is now lost. Hines form B20.
