Cast copper alloy single looped buckle with decorative integral plate and pin intact. Small oval frame widening, but thinning, on outer edge. Long integral plate with multiple lobes near strap bar and terminal. Terminal ends with a long triangular point. The pin is bent through a hole near frame. Two other holes at either end of plate serve as rivet holes. The back of the buckle is flat, with no decoration.
