A Mesolithic flint transverse point on a blade flake (8300-2100BC). The point has been manufactured on a tertiary flake with no cortex remaining. There is a well-defined bulb of percussion. Both edges have been retouched unifacially from the dorsal side, there is more retouch along the left edge. Mottled mid grey flint with an opaque patina. Dimensions: length: 44.30mm; width: 19.74mm; thickness: 7.87mm; weight: 6.32g.

A late Neolithic - early Bronze Age (2,500-1,150BC) flint flake, probably a fragment of a scraper. Pale - dark grey flint with an area of cortex present on the dorsal side. There is a prominent bulb of percussion on the ventral side. The flake has broken laterally just above the bulb. There are small areas of retouch on the right edge near the butt.

Neolithic flint axe (3,500-2,100BC). Cream/pale grey flint with iron staining (this usually indicates the flint originated in the Chilterns). Two small areas of polishing, one on each side, but otherwise flake scars are present on all surfaces. The butt end is slightly rounded and the sides taper gradually before tapering in to the pointed opposite end.

Neolithic polished flint axe. Wide blade tapering to butt with rounded edge, much of which is damaged. White/grey flint with iron staining on both surfaces. At the blade edge is a fossil incorporated within the flint and a further anomaly which runs through the flint. Both sides were polished and some of this surface survives, although there are heavy flake removal scars on both sides. Width: 31-61.5
