A flint scraper of probable Bronze Age date, circa 2700-1600 BC. The flint is a secondary flint with a very small amount of cortex remaining at the distil end. The flake is sub-ovate in plan and plano-concave in section. There is scale flaking and semi-abrupt, sub-parallel retouch to the left mesal. The flake is pale grey in colour with pale inclusions. A flake has been removed from the ventral face, which makes the flint easy to handle by the thumb. There is a large striking platform at the proximal end. Length: 22.3mm, Width: 28.4mm, Thickness:10.2mm. Weight: 6.8g.

A roughly crescent shaped secondary flake, mottled grey/brown in colour. The flake is probably formed on a piece of secondary debitage. There is around 70% cortex remaining on the dorsal side. The area of the flake covered in cortex has a sub-oval indentation measuring roughly 18mm x 8mm. The remaining area of the dorsal side is covered with extensive, scaled, low angle flaking, forming a side scraper on the left mesal. The ventral face is smooth with a low bulb of percussion, with ripple lines emanating from it. The scraper is probably dated to the early to middle Bronze Age. …

A flint scraper of probable Bronze Age date, circa 2700 - 1600 BC. The flint has no cortex remaining and is therefore a tertiary flake. The flake is sub-ovate in plan with a sub-rectangular section. The dorsal face has four flakes removed in a parallel pattern. The ventral face is smooth with a low bulb of percussion. There is short, sub-parallel, abrupt retouch to the right mesal to produce a thumb scaper. The flake is pale grey in colour with pale inclusions. Length 25.2mm, width 21.1mm and thickness 10.1mm. A flint scraper of probable Bronze Age date, circa 2700 - 1600 BC.The flint has a small amount of cortex remaining at the distal end and is therefore a secondary flake. The flake is sub-ovate in plan and plano-convex in section. Both the dorsal and ventral side are smooth and there is short, parallel, abrupt flaking on the left mesal to produce a thumb scraper. There is a large striking platform and low bulb of percussion on the ventral face. The flake is light brown in colour with pale inclusions. Length 26.8mm, width 31.5mm and thickness 9.7mm.
