An incomplete Roman silver radiate of Gallienus (AD 253-268) from his joint reign with Valerian, dating to c.AD 253-260 (Reece period 12). GERMANIC]VS MAX V reverse type depicting a trophy of arms with two captives seated at base. Probably mint of Gaul, cf. Cunetio no. 715ff.
The coin has large portions missing above the bust between 11 and 2 o'clock and to the left of the bust between 9 and 6 o'clock.
