A very worn copper-alloy Roman dupondius or as of uncertain type, possibly an Antonine coin struck under Antoninus Pius depicting the heads of Marcus Aurelius and Faustina II dating to the period c.AD 138-161 (Reece period 7), although an earlier or later date cannot be ruled out entirely. Reverse type depicting uncertain draped female bust with hair in bun right. Probably mint of Rome. Cf. BMC, p. 369, no. 2131*; RIC III, p. 190 no. 1366 for similar issues with busts on both obverse and reverse.
