A well preservered early medieval (late 8th-/early 9th-century) silver penny of Coenwulf of Mercia (796-821 AD), Group 1, Substantive type, struck by the moneyer Babba at Canterbury between 796-805AD. Obverse: COENWULF REX around M. Reverse: Tribarach moline of three lines with moneyer's name between. (North 342; Cn. 5-22; BMC 93).
Masurements: 19mm in diameter and 1.3g in weight
