A cast, lead alloy cap from a powder measure dating to the Post Medieval (1600 - 1700 AD). It has a circular base with straight sides and an open top. There are no side lugs although there appears to be scarring on at least one side. It measures 20mm in diameter. For an almost identical example see Courtney (1988: 2) Fig. 3.
